Renovoix makes software for restaurants in Karachi. This page explains, in plain words, what our software collects, who can see it and when we delete it.

What we collect from guests

• Table Feedback: a photo of the bill (taken by the waiter), the guest's taps (faces and answers) and an optional voice note.
• Google Reviews: the stars and favourites the guest taps, and a private message to the manager if they write one. The review itself is posted by the guest on Google, under Google's own terms.
• We don't ask guests for their name or phone number, and they don't install anything.

What we do with it

• AI reads the dishes from the bill photo, writes down the voice note and makes short summaries for the restaurant's manager. This is done by the AI and hosting services we use to run Renovoix; they handle the data only to provide this service. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.
• Only the restaurant's own manager and owner see their feedback. Waiters can't see or delete it after the guest submits.
• The feedback belongs to the restaurant. We look at it only to run and support the service.

When we delete it

• Bill photos: deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Voice notes: deleted automatically after 90 days. The written transcript and summary stay in the restaurant's account.
• If a restaurant stops using Renovoix, we keep its data for 90 days in case it comes back, and delete it sooner if the owner asks.

Restaurants and our website

• When you ask for a demo on renovoix.com, we keep your name, restaurant, area and WhatsApp number, and use them only to contact you about Renovoix.
