These are the terms for restaurants that use Renovoix, written plainly.

Price

• Table Feedback: PKR 5,000 per month per location.
• Google Reviews: PKR 5,000 per month per location.
• 3-month offer: PKR 12,000 per product per location, paid upfront for 3 months.
• Each branch is a separate location with its own plan. Pricing details.

Payment

• Paid monthly in advance by bank transfer or Raast, due on the date you signed up each month.
• We start setup when the first payment arrives, pilots included.

If a payment is late

• We send reminders before and on the due date.
• From day 7, the manager app is locked until payment. Feedback and the Google review QR keep working in the meantime, so nothing is lost: paying unlocks everything collected.
• From day 30, the service is switched off.

Stopping

• Tell us before your next payment date and we won't charge again.
• We keep your data for 90 days in case you come back, and delete it sooner if you ask.

Google

• Our Google Reviews system follows Google's rules: every guest can post a review, whatever rating they give. The guest chooses what the review says and posts it themselves. We never post reviews for anyone, filter out unhappy guests or reward guests for reviews, and we don't ask restaurants to do so.
• You stay the owner of your Google listing.
